Your order will be shipped on the next business day following the day of your order. Please expect 1-2 business day of shipping preparation.
To ensure the best fit, please measure your child's foot from heel to toe before purchasing and compare against our Size Chart. Put a piece of paper under the baby's foot against ground or a hard surface. Mark down the length by pencil or pen and measure the length. We suggest adding 3/8 inch (1 CM) to your measurement and pick the insole length by that. This will reserve some room for your kid's feet to grow.
Leather shoes are for spot clean only. Use a dry cloth or tissue paper to wipe the dirt off. Some dirt may be easier to wipe off with damped cloth.
Gift wrapping is available. We provide you a soft cotton made dust bag to store the shoes. It will be a great storage bag as well giving as gift.
If you wanna use seasonal gift wrapping paper on top of it. Please let us know by convo me. Also if you have special request, or if there's any message that needs to be added, please convo me as well.

It is highly suggested that you measure your kid's feet before purchasing. If you're not sure, go up one size. If the shoes does not fit, I accept return on "UNUSED" condition. I send out exchanged items AFTER I received the return. Return shipping will be at the customer's expense. I issue refund AFTER I received the return.
Exchange are usually free. However, 10% Restocking fee may apply in Return only or certain exchange case by case.
