HOW DO I DETERMINE WHICH SIZE TO PURCHASE FOR MY CHILD?

HOW DO I CLEAN MY MOCCASINS? Our moccasins are made of genuine leather, we suggest you do spot clean with a clean cloth.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All orders will be processed with 1-3 business days if standard shipping (USPS First Class) is selected. Once the package has left our facility, there is a 3-6 business day estimated arrival time.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR STOLEN?
We are not responsible for stolen packages while in transit. However, please contact us if you do not receive your package and we will be happy to assist you in locating your package.
The fringes on my moccs are flipped up, what can I do?
It is completely normal for the fringes on your moccasins to flip up. Leather changes shape from being pressed. To get them back down, give them a twist and they should lay flat again!
